The equipment consists of a hopper, a downpipe device, a transmission system,Film unwinding device, bag making device, middle seal traction device, horizontal seal Cutting device, discharging and conveying device, and electrical control unit Grouping.
Feature:
1-Automatically track the logo cursor on the packaging film, and one logo per bag corresponds to the packaging.
2-Counting, filming, packaging, and bag making are completed in one go.
3-Adjustable bag length.
4-After horizontal sealing, it will automatically cut and separate, and the fracture will be jagged.
5-Adjustable cutting speed of horizontal seal.
6-Automatic longitudinal sealing, checkered pattern.
7-When packing the multi-rib tube (oral liquid straw). Two types of pillow pack and three-sided seal can be realized. That is, the rear tool axis group can achieve 90 Degree rotation adjustment.
8-Full servo drive; bag length, back knife speed, and cutter position can all be set on the touch screen.
